1. Tonight we had rehearsal for the grand tree lighting tomorrow. Spent hour and a half in a room with 60 middle and Elementary students while memorizing the lines I got this afternoon. That, my friends is an exercise in concentration! And when we got to my part at the end, I had it without having to refer to the script! My favorite part of the evening was sitting off to the side waiting to go on, and the young dancers about to go on decided they needed to hug Santa. I'm not sure if they were doing it for me or for them but it certainly gave Santa a boost!
